Depth oriented talk therapy and counseling for individuals and couples.
Serving Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, and greater Southwest Florida.
Many people wait until their lives are falling apart before seeking help. Therapy can benefit you if you’re tired of feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, and the life that you’ve worked so hard to build.
My clinical therapy approach can be helpful if you:
If you’re struggling, your experience matters and you deserve true healing.
People often come to therapy because something in their life no longer feels workable. Anxiety, relationship pain, self-doubt, emotional distance, or a sense of being stuck may show up in the present, but often have deeper roots.
My work is psychodynamic and depth-oriented. I pay attention to the emotional patterns beneath the immediate problem: how a person protects themselves, how they relate to others, what they expect emotionally, and what parts of the self have had to adapt, hide, or carry too much.
The work is not simply to observe these patterns, but to engage them as they appear in your life, your relationships, and in the relationship with me. Over time, this can loosen old protections and create more room for feeling, choice, intimacy, and a more genuine sense of self.
License and Training
My clinical work is informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, the Masterson approach to developmental trauma, personality, and disorders of the self, PACT Level 3 couples therapy, Gestalt therapy, NARM, neurobiology, and neurofeedback.
These trainings support the work, but they are not the center of it. The center is the person’s lived experience: the emotional patterns, relational history, protective strategies, conflicts, and possibilities for change that emerge in therapy.
Secure telehealth sessions are available for Florida residents.
For adults whose past emotional experiences continue to shape how they react, relate, protect themselves, or feel about who they are.
For people who find that closeness, trust, dependence, or emotional safety do not feel simple or steady in relationships.
For those who recognize familiar emotional dynamics across different relationships, but still feel pulled back into them.
For couples who care about each other, but keep getting caught in cycles of conflict, distance, misunderstanding, or rupture under stress.
For people who may function well in life, but internally feel uncertain, self-critical, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath adaptation.
For those who experience strong emotional reactions in moments of closeness, stress, vulnerability, conflict, or perceived rejection.
Both partners have privacy, reliable internet, and a willingness to slow down the cycle long enough to understand what is happening between them.

Therapy begins with a consultation about what is bringing you in, what has felt difficult to change, and what you are hoping to understand or work through.
For individuals, the work often focuses on emotional patterns, relationship difficulties, self-worth, anxiety, developmental trauma, and long-standing ways of protecting or adapting.
For couples, the work focuses on the patterns that happen between partners in real time, especially around conflict, distance, repair, stress, and vulnerability.
The aim is not simply symptom management, but deeper emotional and relational change.
